Framer is a no-code tool that allows you to easily build custom websites without coding. It has become extremely popular amongst designers as it has many similarities to Figma, which makes it the perfect tool for UX and UI designers to use to build their portfolio.

Profolio was made specifically for UX, UI & Product designers across all experience & skill levels. It also works great for UX Researchers & web designers.
I’m a junior designer, is Profolio the right choice for me?
Profolio is the perfect choice for junior designers and was made with them especially in mind!
Why don’t I just use a template instead?
We believe Profolio is a superior option for UX & UI Designers! The best templates are often overused and your recruiter has probably seen them already. They also tend to be more restrictive and harder to customise.
What if I don’t know how to make a good portfolio?
Each Profolio purchase comes with our Portfolio Masterclass guide(coming soon) which gives you everything you need to know on how to create a job-winning portfolio.
Do I need to know how to code?
Absolutely not!
Do I need to know how to use Framer?
We’ve already done the hard work for you, so it should be a very intuitive process to find your way around Framer as it has many similarities to other design tools such as Figma.
How long will it take me to build my custom portfolio?
Hours! The exact amount of time will depend on how detailed you want to go with your portfolio.
How much can I customise my portfolio?
As much as you want! All basic customisations can be easily adjusted in Framer. Major changes to layouts etc. will require some Framer know-how.
Do I need to pay Framer hosting fees?
If you want to add a custom domain then yes (starts at $5 per month) but Framer does also have a free hosting plan which gives you a free-to-use framer.app domain. Our advice would be to add a custom domain during your job search and then switch to the free plan once you’ve landed a job.
Is Profolio a good choice for freelance designers?
Yes, our components work great for freelancers as well.
Are there refunds?
Unfortunately, because this is a once-off purchase of a digital product we can not offer refunds.

When looking to build my own design portfolio, I was frustrated with the restrictive nature and lack of customisation that other portfolio builders offered. I felt as if none of these platforms allowed me to showcase my work and personality the way I wanted to. I also didn’t have the time required to create a portfolio from scratch as I was already working full-time and searching for a new job.
I created Profolio because I knew other designers would be experiencing these same issues and I wanted to help find a solution…
